Ruff Hour is built for one-handed, map-first dog walks. If something is not working, tell us what happened and whether you were online, offline, or using the Lock Screen controls.

App help

Email support@ruffhour.app for walk recording, live traffic, sharing, Circle, or safety-report problems. Include your iPhone model and iOS version when relevant. Do not email private walk photos or exact home locations.

Safety and abuse

Use Report dog from a live dog’s safety menu for behavior or profile concerns. The reported dog is immediately blocked. For an urgent real-world situation, contact local emergency or animal-control services; Ruff Hour is not an emergency service.

Privacy requests

Open your dog’s circle → Privacy & Safety in the app to review blocked dogs or prepare a dog-scoped deletion request. You can also email privacy@ruffhour.app.
